My Learning Philosophy

Context before content

Before designing anything, I ask: who is the learner, what decision do they need to make, and what's stopping them? The best-designed module for the wrong problem is still a failed learning investment.

Operations is design

A beautifully designed program that fails in logistics fails the learner. I treat delivery architecture — scheduling, LMS setup, vendor readiness — as part of instructional design, not separate from it.

Measure what matters

Completion rates are a floor, not a ceiling. I design for measurable behavior change — building evaluation in from Day 1 and using data to drive continuous improvement, not just to report upward.
